Shradhha has completed her ECCed training and is also a founder of Kinder castle international preschool. She is known as a perfectionist in her tasks. Her passion and vision to nurture young generation is exemplary. Shraddha is art lover. Keeping her interest intact she keep conducting multiple creative workshops at Kinder castle International. Her positive spirit makes the entire place a better environment. Shraddha Varhadi is also a master trainer for Helen O’ Grady international Teacher Training Program. Kinder castle is blooming with Shraddha caring and dedicated nature.
A diligent educationist is a founder of Kinder Castle International Preschool. Over 10 years of experience in education field, Tejashree is also adding feathers in her knowledge. She is a Graduate from Mumbai university, Completed her MBA in Entrepreneurship Management which is clearly is a guiding force behind successful venture. Tejashree has also completed her Diploma in child psychology. As a leader, educationist and as a counselor she is handling multiple challenges to cater best of an education, secure environment and for most important encouraging young pupils from foundation to growth. She is a Member of ECCA, and is active for constant upgradation. Apart from being a Master Trainer for Helen O’ Grady International Teacher training program, dedicatedly working for new opportunities and verticals to take Kinder castle to success.

Call to Questions
This is very precious section of our team. We give 2:1 ratio i.e. for every 3 kids there will be one adult supervising. Kids of this age group should feel kinder castle international as their second home. To make them more comfortable we have designed their schedule, which includes, free play time, rhyme time, outdoor play time, story time, group games, gross and fine motor skills developmental activities.
In This age kids have most curious minds. They wish to touch and feel everything they see. This is developing age. At the same time certain values, deportment need to be taught at this age bar. Considering this our program includes reading, song station, audio-video time, free play time, Hand and eye co-ordination activities, social activities.
By this age we understand that one child has multiple intelligence capacity. This age kids spend more time at school. So after coming back they need some relaxed time at the same time they have to do many extra curriculum activities. Kinder castle international provide them option of more than 15 activities for their overall development.
